If your IP cores were generated with Core Container Enabled, then you just copy over the .xcix files to the new dir. If the IPs did not have Core Container Enabled, then the main file would be .xci plus some associated files. Just copy all the files which are in the same dir along with the .xci files to the destination dir.
Yes, I’m downloading 4 compressed files, do I extract them all at the same time in a single folder? I selected all four, right clicked, and then had Winrar extract them and it worked out fine. I ended up with 1 nsp file. As long as you have all parts in the same folder, you only need to extract the first part, the extractor will do the rest.

I already tried putting all of the .xc0 .xc1, etc files in a single folder per game, naming the folder game.xci, and setting the folder to Archive.
