In modern Racing Games there is no career like that anymore. Forza 7 is the closest thing to GranTurismo that we have on PC. On top of that, you won't be able to get platinum on Gran Turismo Sport after January 31st, 2024 since some trophies require certain goals in Sport mode. Things like iRacing and ACC simulate the same things as GT (crash physics, damage, traction control, ABS, fuel, tyre wear, pit strategies etc) but in much greater detail.
