We did have to cancel the trip about a month before travel and their refund was prompt. They have their own trip cancellation insurance, and they responded pretty promptly as well.

2. Re: Peru For Less Travel Agency. We used Peru for Less for our trip in September 2012 and everything was excellent, from the transfers, to the accommodations and tour guides. The guides spoke excellent English and were knowledgeable about the history, culture, architecture, wildlife, geography, and politics of Peru.
Ollantaytambo has much nicer views of the mountain. It's a narrow part of the valley. Urubamba is in a wider spot so you don't have the mountains rising right on the edge of the town quite to the same extent. And Ollantaytambo has the ruins right in town which enhance the view. Urubamba doesn't have that.
