Yeah I wanted to start a caravan with Kharjo, J'zargo, and Lajjan. I thought of using the guild mod to start a guild of khajiit caravans but I think it might break them. I was thinking of just using Cheskos Campfire so I have access to the 4 bed tent. Or better yet if your computer can handle it use gypsy eyes caravan as a portable home48 hours aka 2 in game days or if the khajiit caravan is in town quick save and wack the merchant then reload and her inventory (the caravans inventory and chest are the one and the same btw) will respawn instantly. In all seriousness Bethesda did not patch this out. At least in oldrim. There was a day where I tried to find it back on 360, looked in the exact spot it was supposed to be, and couldn't find it. Naw it shows up on my 360, but not on my ps4, and I did not upgrade to newest version cuz it would disable some of my mods.

Take the quest, find the amulet but don’t give it back to the cat. Whenever you need to locate him, activate the quest which at that point says “return moon amulet to cat” and shows you the exact location.
