First question: Empowered Gems (big gems) can always change there stats on them, you can get gems where there is Max HP, Max HP % and Crit Hit, so yeah, every stat, BUT big Cosmic gems always comes with Light stat on them, and that can't be changed, only stat on Empowered Gems which can't be changed.

So, I'm here thinking about empowered gems and how to get more PR to reach 30k for U11. Every week I get 18 Lunar souls to buy empowered gems, but here's the problem: to get a good gem out of the pack I need to be pretty lucky and chances are, I wont see an upgrade for several weeks, no matter how hard I try to play during those weeks.
