Dealer told me this morning that is says on the Honda website that I need to change my CVT fluid ('16 Sedan) every 30,000 miles, has anybody else seen this? I have a feeling the dealer is just trying to make $100 extra from me today.

You don't want to overfill it because the additional pressure that builds up in the tranny will blow out some seals. I pay about $10 per quart. Pretty cheap insurance.
The CVT oil change interval was reduced by Honda a while ago and is definitely 25k miles or two years which ever comes first. This was confirmed by my Honda dealer. It does not necessarily coincide with a general servicing interval. There is a space in the servicing record for CVT oil changes. Vic.

Fill it from the side till it drips, about 4L, close the plug and run it 5 minutes or so, fill another .5L till it drips, done. I think Honda removed the check stick and started adding 5L after the problems started. There is alot of stuff Honda does without telling people.
