You need to maintain a vertical airspeed anywhere from -1 to -15 m/s, and your airspeed must be somewhere below about 20 km/h. Any faster and you'll risk damaging the hull or the instrumentation. Of course any faster than that can cause catastrophic damage to the heli.
Flying in Arma is so rewarding and feels authentic (even with basic flight model). In Squad on the other hand, it feels like you are steering a container ship in space. I can't handle it....
