This really isn't that new of a concept either. As a B shred we've been farmed out to E and D shreds all the time in the past. I've even done A shred work, all depends on the assignment. Now the shit is flowing the other way where folks in the "lower" tiers of IT support like E shreds are being put into the upper A and B tiers.
