I know it's supposed to be relatively simple with the rotating mod and I didn't have much difficulty with that part. However when I removed the draw stop and go to put it in the corresponding peg it will not go in.

You should not need a press to change the draw length on that bow. To me it looks like it uses draw modules (the black piece on the green cam). There should be two Allen head screws that hold the module in place, remove those and the module comes out.
