Spectrum told me I could rent or buy the new Spectrum streaming Xumo. Some got it free, but paid $5 a month to rent and to have DVR CAPABILITY, $5 a month to record 50 shows and keep for 90 days or $10 mo for 100 shows kept for a year. With the XUMO you can simultaneously record 10 shows at 8pm, 20 at 9pm! If you want to Avoid the $5.The Xumo box doesn't let me pause live TV or rewind back a half-hour to see what I missed. That option doesn't exist. And sure, Xumo has cloud DVR - but the interface sucks. I'd consider OTA ,but I'm in geographically prohibitive area. The perfect solution would be a Tivo 4K streaming stick with Cloud DVR, with the Tivo interface I know and love.
