Woods is pretty good for meds men's rations. The FOB has a good few med spawns. Customs or woods is the way to go. On customs you go junkie den, fort, Stashes and bodies by railroad, power switch building, another stash or two then extract. For woods there s the usec camps and lake camp. Longer walk but less dangerous.

Stuck on "Awaiting session start" should be exclusively on your scav ; if you're stuck on "Awaiting session start" specifically for more than 5 minutes ; it's a good indicator that you're desynced and need to Alt+F4 and restart.
