The infinite shine polishes are still regular nail lacquer, so you can use any lacquer base and top coat you want. Works fine, it's just regular nail polish. You put a nice head of it on slowly. This is the finish topcoat so you want it nice and smooth. Nothing fast with nail polish is ever smooth so do this slow and steady. It's dry to the touch in a few minutes and indestructible in about 30 min.
