May 3, 2017 · I went to restart the telo2 which had blue ooma logo. I unplugged and plugged back in and then it started to blink 2 times (VPN down - whatever that means). I read some posts and changed cords, changed ports from a switch directly to the router and then tried different ports on the router with no success.
