I took off the valve covers, checked the wiring and put a new tune up kit into the brake. When the engine is started and I press down on the solenoid button, only the middle solenoid works. My exhaust brake will not engage with the cruise control on, engaged or not. You can spoof the exhaust brake by disconnecting the twelve volt power supply and apply 112 volt direct to the solenoid.
