My case status was changed to "Case Remains Pending and we have stopped working on your visa application as there are no visa available" on Sep 25th, 2023. This happened due to retrogression. Case Remains Pending: My status changed to "Case Remains Pending" on 9/21/22. The message was pretty vague. I-485J Approval: On 9/22/22, my I-485J was approved. This was filed along with my I-485, and was filed to confirm to USCIS that the job listed in my I-140 petition that was approved earlier is still available for me. We sent it back and it was updated that they received it on July 20th. The status case changed to case remains pending shortly after.
