When it finally always blew warm air in a/c mode then they discovered it was the actuator in the driver side vent.

Ac pressures within spec. The rear temp door/actuator operates properly. At 90 degrees outside, a thermometer in the front middle left air vent air blows at 51.6 degrees (within gm spec). The rear left air vent blows at 77.7 (out of gm spec).
