I have a 1999 F250. My AC Works 98% of the time but now and then it starts blowing hot air. I checked the AC Clutch Air Gap and it was between .35 and .40. There are shims that can be removed to adjust the gap. I have one shim left. When I removed it the air gap was below .20.Always replace a fuse with one that has the specified amperage rating.
