You'll probably be around level 50 by the time you finish the main story, and 60+ if you do everything, so it's definitely worth investing into fast learner early. I think it’s 50. I took a few levels of it when there wasn’t any better perks. Pro Tip: Backup your save game files before leveling up at the camp.

Why I bearly used it. The update has little value for post end game saves prior to it, personally same goes for the DLC itself too. And in that case the Campfire triangulation upgrade is better suited for that, as you get more places to fast travel to. but I found that lacklustre too as I've done almost everything, and what's left idk much about.
