Repop pumps, like sensors and thermostats, aren't very good. Try priming it by pressing the start button with no brake for a few seconds. Then if it starts with the brake / Start button then it's the fuel pump not holding it's pressure.

I will say that before my TIPM was replaced I could pull the blower motor relay and it would start functioning again. After a while pulling the relay addressed the issue less and less.

Simply try the ideal starting procedure (<5 seconds crank), pull a spark plug and check for fuel.
