In hindsight, Coyote's Mask would put the Striker Bag build quite a bit further ahead in DPS, but things in 5D-Heroic already die fairly well to either of the builds up there with only 3 Red Cores, and I am someone who does value the survivability that Memento gives with the extra Armor, the Skill Tier for the Mending Drone, and +2 Skill Tiers for your Crusader/Firewall Shields.

Focus on % armour regen. The armour regen attribute is a fixed value and much less effective. Memento exotic backpack with full stacks gives 3% Armour Regen. This is better if you have solid damage on your build, when solo, or in groups on lower difficulties though since you'll be competing with teammates for kills. 1 x Belstone gives 1%.
