But people who are in an unrelated field, such as mx, and are interested in doing cyber/IT then those jobs are a perfect way to gain experience into the career field. Which from what I've heard is very hard to get entry level jobs with no experience.

Overall, the trajectory has been positive over the last 4 years or so. Lots of really legitimately great things happening. The shift to p-shred is concerning but I also don't think the Air Force is going to throw out their enlisted programming force.
