Script extender bg3 patch 5.
From what i've seen, the script extender update worked for some people. The only way i got it to work was load a pre patch 4 save, this worked with mods. Even if I disable/delete all mods the problem persists in my current save. This means its a game issue and could still be fixed riiight?

Bear in mind, this only worked for lag issues in act 1 and 2, act 3 is still chugging heavily and I suspect will need an actual official fix from Larian.
