This link will take you to a fake Truist website that the scammers have set up. It may look pretty legitimate, using the Truist logo and branding throughout.Truist is now charging business customers $14.95 a month to connect to QuickBooks Online. Full stop. If you don't want to pay $15/mo for this service, which is an absolutely disgusting cash grab by BBT, you'll have to either switch banks or manually download your transactions and import them. Truist Bank is Pathetic. They keep disabling my debit card for any purchase I make. They've disabled it 3 times this week. I have to then spend an hour on the phone, waiting to be transferred to several different people they can't speak English. They card is disabled again and they don't even have their live phone service open on the weekends.
