Add me to the list of people that didn’t love de virgillio. It teaches a good framework, but it was a lot of extra information, and the qs in the back didn’t get me a single question on the shelf. Surgery shelf for me was harder than step 1. I liked the peststana audio more than de Virgilio . I ultimately did well on it

If it's too much, I would definitely get through Uworld first and supplement only your weak areas with topics from de virgilio. AMBOSS always for surgery and for medicine, and for USMLE step 2. Personally I only did AMBOSS up until a few weeks before step 2 and did better than 50th% on all shelf exams (except OB).
