Outside of that I'd say there are too many variables to say one persona is the absolute best as it depends on how you want to run your party, your personal playstyle etc.

I feel like the only mandatory skills for yoshitsune are hassou tobi and charge, the last ones could be any skills like arms master, angelic grace/ali dance, drain/repel skills and maybe auto mataru/maraku/masuku, victory cry is also nice to have. ...
