Guardian, if its low incline, can help prevent those chest suicides and prompt your pawn to save you from the sync kills/ grapples more often. The Pawn Inclination page on the wiki has all the info, but basically using the "Come" and "Help" commands spike your pawn's Guardian inclination, and being healed in combat increases the Nexus inclination. Challenger increases from ignoring enemies to focus down ranged attackers like bow wielding bandits and spellcasters first.

Not good inclinations for front line fighting pawns. If your fighter/warrior pawn is dieing do to poineer... its likely a poorly equiped pawn, badly taught pawn. Poineer works awesome when used right, just like guardian. (which should only really be Sorc/Arisen/pawn to get them to mirrior more often. or Stider Arisen/Pawns who love to climb.

Guardian inclination pawn straight up the worst. Basically cowards. They only incline to attack when Arisen get hurt. Challenger and Utilitarian are good inclinations and also what I use. The problem is that you have to continually put them back to that setting.
