During challenge runs I've always done any challenge that took less then 30-1h (most of them are below 15mins). You should be able to do more then half of everything. Just stop when they are going to be too long. Oh, and you should definitelly do as many No Rebirths as you can. It's good to plan the last one over night or so.

Fel May 17, 2020 @ 2:34am. If you mean the requirements to unlock it, it means get each of the equipment drops from the first titan at least once. If it is about the challenge itself, it disables all of the bonuses from equipment for the duration of the challenge, including adventure stats so you will need bonuses from other sources to compensate.

As for spending EXP, get both Energy and Magic speed to 50 without armor bonuses, then decide on how you want to allocate for power/cap/bar ratios for the Energy and Magic.
