As the others have said, it is a warrior specific 5th job buff called Weapon Aura. It is obtained via the V matrix after 5th job. When mazed, it has an ~70% uptime. Every 4 seconds, your next attack will fire off an aura wave that mimics the skills damage (will have its own set damage after the most recent KMS patch).

Weapon Aura is a 5% final damage buff when maxed out. Most recently when I was doing some DPM testing, Weapon Aura consisted of ~4% of my total damage. All together, it's almost effectively a 10% final damage boost granted you can land the Auras. Not to mention it also gives 15% IED.
