There's multiple missions (at least 4 missions) that require the killing of two coyotes. I assume you're referring to Vualez #2, "harvest two coyotes with a rifle". If this is the case, it isn't location specific. I completed the mission in Cheelah on the extreme east end along the coast line, hunt it at night during their drink time.
