Harvest Wights near the center with a SICKLE for witchfire powder. Also, ensure you've applied the Sigil of the Gremlin for the harvest bonus. Other harvesting tools work, but I've noticed the sickle gives the most. Yea the wights are the only way to get them on Siptah. It’s not too bad, but still annoying.
