Here's one for you. FORD issued a TSB for the 2013-2015 I.6L EB 6F35 calling for a complete tear-down, front pump inspection and filter change (tear-down the only way to replace the filter). This was part of a failed TC replacement. If a torque convertor fails, at the minimum the trans is flushed and the filter replaced.Escape will have a vibration only when applying power. Vibration gets bad, obviously, at higher speeds. The vibration does not affect the steering wheel or gas pedal. As soon as gas pedal is released, vibration goes away and Escape cruises smoothly. Once it's pressed again, no matter how lightly, vibration resumes.They do a diagnostic and tell us it's a torque converter shudder and it'll be $3500 to repair. It was primarily on the rear driver side. I turned out to be a defective rear shock. My Ford Dealer replaced that shock and that corrected the problem. My 2019 Titanium 2.0 Escape has for the last thousand miles or so developed a very disturbing "shudder" when driving between 40 and 50 mph, with trans shifted into 6th gear. While driving slowly and with a bit of pressure on the accelerator the car has a distinct vibration.
