Open .json in notepad ++ (Or whatever program you like) Gratz, you can edit everything. From dwellers to crafting. (If using notepad ++, you have some nice categories. Most of the things you will edit is inside 'vault' category.) You can even change items in inventory, you can do/change quests, etc. Save changed .json file.
