Alanchang • 10 yr. ago. yeah the dragonrider bow is probably the most useful of the boss soul weapons to me, the downside is the pretty huge stamina cost to draw it each time (roughly like 50 stam per shot), other then that its a good weapon. Also the bonus magic damage is useful. 2.Frayed Blade - arguably the best bleed-weapon in the game since the nerf to the Hollow/Rouge/Bleed as a whole. WA R2 gives you ~160-200 bleed buildup in a single attack (depending on the luck investment) and even if you run out of FP the buildup stays the same. The best weapon is the one you like using the most. Every weapon has pros and cons and it's really rare to be able to say that one weapon is always going to be better than another in every situation. Best thing you can do is experiment and see what you like. Some suggestions: Bandit Axe (also very good for PVE) Greatsword (Capital G) Reinforcement refers to incremental upgrades of a weapon (+1, +4, etc.), regardless of its current Infusion or lack thereof. These incremental upgrades can be performed by any blacksmith. Depending on what type and state of weapon you are reinforcing, the required souls and type/quantity of stones needed to reinforce the weapon will differ.

Sunlight Blade, Crystal Magic Weapon, and Flame Weapon are all as strong as Dark/Resonant Weapon, for their respected elements.
