Optimized idle not working.
When the button is pressed after starting the car, the button lights up and ISG is off. If the button is not pressed and you come to a stop, the engine either shuts off with a green light on the dash or keeps running with a amber (or maybe it's red) light on the dash. My ISG never worked. Had a leak and the vacuum line had to be replaced.

Yesterday I was sleeping and the truck shut off due to the engine idle shutdown but it was over 90 degrees according to the thermostat on my dash. This has never happened before and wonder if anyone else has had this problem and if I need to get into a shop or something because I can use the optimized idle but the truck will be unbearably hot.

The gear shifter has to be in netural and the splitter flipped up and if someone or something (like dogs) were to bump it it could turn the opti idle off. It has its advantages as it runs off the trucks engine and such. Apus have their own engine and can faulter out. Opti Idle can stop working too though.
