Both are good enough imo, naga has more range but stick with what you like the most. I think the difference is like +6 ot 7 damage. Nagakiba is superior due to it's longer reach.

Nagakiba can be infused with blood and on an arcane build should have way more blood buildup since the buildup increases as the weapon is upgraded unlike RoB. Also the blood buildup from the corpse piler skill was nerfed. Are you telling me that despite the nerf, a 50 blood buildup dex/arc RoB does more buildup than an 82 blood buildup dex/arc ...
