If you're especially worried about disconnects, you could use Tradingview as your platform and Tradovate as your broker. Tradovate has a decent web interface that you could employ as a fallback. It costs more and I just don’t think it’s as customizable. Interactive Brokers is just not good for futures. Platform sucks, data is crap. I’ve heard Tradeovate is good.
