Yes, it usually means you passed. I failed my first attempted and put in my card info 1 hour after exam. It took my payment and literally scheduled an appointment that day. The trick worked for me but in the bad way. I got my results emailed to me the next day. I did fail. I just tested today and received the good pop-up. Based on most (if not all) the threads here and other forums, I think we are in the clear. Don't think there would be a difference whether it is a weekday or weekend, or even a holiday weekend. I tried registering for it again to see and it just lead me all the way through to the payment and everything. It’s a trick people use post testing to see if they passed or failed. The good pop up has like a 99.999% accuracy, while the bad pop up is about 75-80%.
