Update 12 (October 5, 2023) 07:49 am (IST): According the recent user reports ( 1, 2) the internet service is currently down in Florida. The support has confirmed that they are receiving mulitple reports from the area and are investigating the issue. 04:35 pm (IST): Lack of reports suggest that the recent internet outage has been resolved.
