I have an 08 with a battery from 2018 which is normal lead acid. Your best bet would be to remove the battery to confirm it is a lead acid. I believe they use Yuasa batteries. Use impact wrench and remove the nut on front pully. remove the roller basket and hold it together so not to let the rollers fall to the ground. There is a sleeve and a washer/ring.
