Delete d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll to uninstall but keep your presets. If you want a full uninstall, remove Reshade.ini and all your presets, and the reshade-shaders folder. Follow the instructions in the guide to install it. - Migrate from GShade to ReShade safely (updated 2023.10.25) Historically people switched from Reshade to Gshade because Gshade was easier to install and had some features that only were usable on Reshade with a lot of hassle (like depth shaders), eventually Reshade made that easier but by then everyone switched to Gshade and generally people were happy until the recent shitshow, but current iterations of Gshade and Reshade are basically the same.

The ShaderFixes folder goes to your FFXIV installation inside the game folder, alongside the ffxiv_dx11.exe. shader_replace.addon goes into your Add-on search path directory. You can configure that in the Add-ons tab in the in-game ReShade interface, as shown here.
