I really don't see how any specific mod would be the problem. r2modman is used for many games and I don't see that it would read in the mod for every game before starting up.

My Current work around is this. Create a new profile -> install mods you want to add onto the current modpack you're making from there. If you can't install mods on a new profile, then navigate to settings in thudnerstore, type in cache in the search bar, and click clear mod cache.
