This is a super simple mod that adds the ability to craft Psylink Neuroformers (formerly Psychic Amplifiers) on your own. This is my first mod so I cannot guarantee this won't somehow explode, though I've tested it and it seems to work without issue. It's just a simple recipe mod after all.One implant thingy=one psylink level. But now it's different. I know there's a way for Tribals to develop abilities without a Neuroformer. However, I can't find any explanations for this system past the initial release of 1.1. I've gotten the initial neuroformer but I can't level up my psylink to cast better spells.
