All Non-Pinnacle raids should be farmable. They made the soon to be sunset raids farmable during moments of triumph and that was some of my clans most active weeks in years.
The weekly raid will have all challenges turned on for you to attempt to clear. This is for people to complete triumphs. Completing the challenge gives an extra loot chest, but neither the regular loot nor the challenge loot are pinnacles. The only pinnacle comes from the actual completion loot of the raid. I think having a system where the newest raid stays pinnacle the entire way through then a random second raid gets chosen to award powerfuls all the way up until the final encounter where it drops one pinnacle kind of like how we have the prophecy dungeon still doing that.
