Took it to the dealership and they diagnosed it as a faulty faulty fan control relay which was causing the engine fan to stay on at 100% power all the time. They changed the relay and everything appears to be fine. Also comes up when dsp switch is installed and ECM plug not seated along with pins. P0405 is Egr position sensor low, Egr 5- volt reference voltage open. P02E8 is Diesel intake air (ia) position sensor circuit low voltage.
