Valve Cover Replacement. So the time has come to replace my valve cover. After being removed by myself and countless PO's over the years, it's got all kinds of little bends and as such, and won't hold oil in. Problem is, I can't find one that says it will actually fit a 76 CJ5 w/ a 258. Most of the say they are for an 81-86 AMC 258.

Seeing that I have a 1987 YJ and have been modifying it with older specs; I decided to do the dash conversion. By the time I'm done with my build I'll have the best of the YJ and the best of the CJ all in one jeep.

Seeing that I have a 1987 YJ and have been modifying it with older specs; I decided to do the dash conversion. By the time I'm done with my build I'll have the best of the YJ and the best of the CJ all in one jeep.Basically that nut slides down and clamps down the hose. A picture may help because I've only ever seen the pressure fitting. It's kinda a pain to get on and off, but a 21mm wrench (shorter is better) will fit in there.
