Actually ALL breacher guns suck ass. Either they have ridiculous recoil stronger than ARs even, with horizontal sways that make medium to long range shots impossible and frustrating. Or, they have too much insane bullet drop, such as Honey badger, to make it exclusively short range, even tho irl they will still kill on long range. Right-click on Insurgency Sandstorm and select Properties. Select the Updates tab and uncheck the Enable Steam Cloud synchronization option. Click close. Restart Steam. Start Insurgency Sandstorm. Click Customization. Save a random loadout (doesn't matter) Close the game. Enable the Steam cloud again.
