I dread the day Costco stops carrying Royal Basmati. I haven't tried the Kirkland long grain rice, but having tried other long grain rice available in grocery stores, I'd stick to sona masoori. My experience has been the aroma of very different compared to Indian rice varieties and also feel more starchy.
