It really depends on which planet you are trying to get off of. If its a starter planet they are a confusing. If you are over level 10, use your fleet pass. It has a cool down of hours so you can only use a few times a day, timer depends on sub,f2p etc. If you are on a quest that has you leaving a planet there should be the associated target ...A good guild leader, and guild leadership are more like a hotel concierge than a police force. You are providing them with resources, and activities. Set boundaries for people, and those that cross them can't be a part of what you provide. I just type Chloroform and it finds all active members.
