Ford f250 on 37s.
I have a 6" lift sitting on 35s. Bought the truck like this and I think 37s would fill in the gap a little better. 35s look a little on the smaller side of things. I think less lift or more tire is the winning combo. 35" tires with a 1" front lift that slid the front axle forward 1" as well.

Maybe. Most 12.50 tires are designed for 8.5" width rims at minimum. 9-10" is recommended. Stock wheels are 8 inches wide. There aren't too many 12.50s that will fit 8" rims based on factory documentation. The Toyo R/T and M/Ts, for example, require an 8.5 minimum. I beleive if I had 12 or 12.5 wide they wouldn't rub on the leafsprings. The only way I see you could run 37"s with 4" of lift is as stated, by trimming your fender wells. I've got the 2.5" Readylift and 37x12.5's on the stock wheels. They do rub the radius arms but its not bad enough to worry about. Go with 295/65-20.
