The split one then start the fight and immediately teleport Mordus to the rest of your team. Afterwards it's all CC/stunlock and nuke. Once Mordus is "dead" the other mobs die, and the fight ends.

Mordus fight is hard if you don't know what you're doing. Mordus per se is really weak, you just need to hinder him, so he cannot make the Mord'Akaim ritual.
